JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Police have not released the name of an 18 year old, being held for a Thursday afternoon shooting in Jefferson City.
The press release says officers were sent to a shots fired call and a report of a vehicle striking a building around 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
In the area of Dunklin and Maple Streets, police found a man with a gunshot wound inside the vehicle. The victim’s name and condition are not being released at this time.
The teenager was arrested shortly after the shooting.
