UPDATE: 8 p.m., August 14 – Columbia resident, Gary R. Jolley, 64, was arrested during the disturbance.
According to a police report, Jolley forced entry into the residence by gunfire. Non-life threatening injuries were sustained by two persons within the building. Jolley is charged with domestic assault in the first, and second degrees, six counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and seven other related charges. Thus far, Jolley’s bond is set at $37,000.
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Columbia Police have a man in custody after a shots fired call around 8:00 p.m. Saturday night.
Authorities have not released the name of a man who threatened people with a gun at a residence. Police responded to the 1400 block of Ballenger Lane and entered a home where one man was arrested and another taken to an area hospital.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
