KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A man from Kingston, Mo., has been identified at the victim of a Thursday morning shooting in Kansas City.
Police say Joseph H. Honea, 44, was 
shot and killed in a grassy area near 40th and Park around 4:20 a.m., Thursday morning. Investigators say Honea died shortly after officers arrived on scene.
No suspect has been identified and police are asking for anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline, 816-474-TIPS(8477)..
