RAYTOWN, Mo. – Raytown Police responded to a shots fired call around 5:30 Wednesday night near 65th and Raytown Road.
Officers say shots were fired into a 
vehicle after an argument outside an apartment complex. No one was hit in the vehicle, and the gunman fled back into the apartment building. SWAT and negotiators were able to get the man to surrender. A woman and two children were also in the apartment.
No one was injured during the incident and the suspects name has not been released.
