COLUMBIA, Mo. – Columbia Police are investigating after shots were fired into a house Thursday night.
At 7:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Sexton Road in reference to shots heard. Upon arrival, they located a residence in the area that had been struck several time by gunfire. There was one occupant inside the home at the time the shots were fired. The occupant was not injured.
Columbia Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call.
